I bought this because the reviews were good! It looks like it has just the right amount of fat, and I'm really looking forward to it because I think it will be delicious for grilling :)

Tastes wonderful but roughly half of it is a thick fat. I had to trim the fat aggressively. I cooked it in sous vide and my friends loved it. If you don't mind trimming so much fat, go ahead and get it. I maybe repurchase if it's on a sale.
Remove some of the oil and it's enough for two people.

The fat-to-lean ratio is 2:1. The real pork neck is about 500 grams, and the rest is fat. It is equivalent to buying pork neck meat and giving away pork lard. I bought it after I thought about refining lard. After all, the pork lard in this store is almost $10. If you can't accept it, please buy it with caution.
It seems like a really good price for this item. Please have sales often.
