I bought this because the reviews were good, and it tastes better than store-bought Jjajang. I didn't add sugar; instead, I caramelized the onions and added pork, cabbage, potatoes, and pumpkin. I'm going to add half a spoonful of garlic and make Jjajangmyeon using spaghetti noodles. I will repurchase this.
Maybe it's because they said they roasted it themselves, but it has a great flavor, haha.

Similar to cooking curry bricks, it's super simple; two bricks are just right for four people.

The taste is a bit lacking for making jjajangmyeon at home. I guess it needs MSG.
When you suddenly crave Jjajangmyeon, stir-fry it with vegetables and meat or shrimp, then finish it off with Jjajang sauce; it tastes just like the store-bought version.

It's delicious, the price is good, and it's easy to make.
Adding a spoonful of minced garlic and 2/3 spoonful of sugar while boiling the vegetables makes it even more flavorful.
