After experiencing this dried pollack, I never buy anything else. I think I've bought it at least 10 times and stocked up on it.
The 300-gram portion is a bit small. It doesn't have a fish belly section but does have a fish head.
I made braised hairtail. I boiled it for 20 minutes and it was perfectly cooked. The meat wasn't thick, but it was enough to taste the hairtail. There were four pieces, but since it wasn't a lot for two servings, I also added some seafood mix.
The ribbonfish was good; although not very big, it was quite fresh.
It doesn't seem to be very thick. I haven't tried it yet.
