This ingredient is supposed to be for a fish pot, but I cooked beef instead. But after opening it, it had a strange smell that I wasn't used to, so I added light soy sauce, and it improved the flavor. It would probably have been even better with scallions and bok choy.

I really like this hot pot broth. I bought one bottle and finished it, so I'm buying another one. I like spicy food, so I add a little chili powder. Mixing it with water makes enough for 4-5 small hot pots, enough for 2-4 people.
Delivery was prompt, and the quality was good.
Much cheaper than local Asian store. Also, I can't find same one at Asian store. Stuck up before run out. I just love this product.
