These pork intestines definitely hit the spot! The portion size is just right and the texture was a good mixture between soft, chewy and tender. I ended up using all of the sauce which made it salty. It’s fine if you eat it with rice, but if you’re eating it by itself, make sure to only add a bit at a time until it’s just right. Everything else was great and I ended up eating it all in one sitting!
These pork intestines with the sauce poured over it was good. It was not a strong flavor but it was oily so I couldn’t eat too much on its own. The flavor is like a light sweet soy sauce and the intestines themselves had a bit of flavor too since it was braised. The texture is a little too soft for my personal preference. Otherwise, its a good side dish with rice.
Who knows that feeling of suddenly craving for hometown food? Thank you weee for saving me from the heat of mid-term exams
