This is how you open. Use the edge of spoon that has the right width. Pretty good quality just a bit too expensive.

Last time I ordered masago (pictured right), requested a refund, and received a credit. (Order No. 94968465 was refunded.) However, now that I have received tobiko (pictured left), I feel as though I was wrong. I now believe that the part circled in yellow was not torn, but should have been torn. I have not yet thrown away the masago, so please accept the credit I received previously.
It's great for making sushi; it'll be refreshing and perfect for summer.
