This braised pork intestine is surprisingly delicious! It has no unpleasant odor, and the braising is just right. Slicing it and stir-frying it with chili peppers makes it even better. I would definitely buy it again.
My family really likes this large intestine. Yesterday, we ate half of it, then air-fried it for about ten minutes until it came out crispy and delicious.
It was quite tasty; it had a sausage flavor, but it was acceptable, not an unpleasant, foul smell. It's a pity the portion was a bit small.
The glutinous rice inside was delicious, and the outer layer of large intestine was quite chewy. Cutting it into pieces would make it easier to eat. The overall experience was different from what I expected; I thought it would be sausage-sized, but it wasn't cut into pieces like this. After steaming, the meat bulged out.
