The flavor is authentic however a little too chewy like eating pork jerky. Wish there is a 無骨糖醋排骨(a boneless one) available. Please do consider黃金角. Reheated the ribbon fish and spare ribs 50g of each in a Airfryer at 350ºF for about 2 minutes. It came out great!

The ribs are great, and the sauce is delicious. Melts in your mouth, however, hoped there would be more meat on each one. Also, wish you didn't have to eat them on the same day you receive them, though.
