Scallops from cold waters like Hokkaido are very sweet, especially those of good quality, which have a richer sweetness that lingers in your mouth.

Excellent quality. A total of 32 ish scallops, or 15 per lb. it is about $2 a scallop, not inexpensive but better than the prices at a Sushi restaurant.
The price of 2S-sized scallops is not bad. I keep repurchasing. This time, the scallops were harvested at the end of last year and have a shelf life of more than a year. The deliveryman was also very good. It was very hot today. I received the package immediately when it was delivered, and the scallops were not melted at all. Great!

The quality is better than average. Loves dried scallops due to the intense aroma. This is the Hokkaido variety. Very easy to rehydrate. Loves using it when I make sticky rice. Will rehydrate in just a few hours. Great to added to congee. Then it is better to rehydrate it overnight or eight hours or so.
