I bought it for the first time, and it was really delicious when stir-fried with vegetables and oyster sauce! It's a perfect diet noodle substitute.
I’ve used dry tofu skin before, but this was my first time ordering, cooking, and possibly eating fresh yuba sheets. They were fantastic! I peeled apart and tore into chunks to stir fry with bok choi, garlic, ginger, and chili. Will definitely be ordering again.

The Yuba was a nice texture. Soft and has a decent bite to it. However flavor was a bit bland and rather had no spice at all. Although the description said medium spice it was more very faint and had a similar heat level to black pepper. I think it would make a good side for people who prefer lighter flavors. But personally I would not repurchase
