I often buy this. Sometimes I have pain in the tendons and muscles extending from my thumb. Before going to bed at night, I apply a small Salonpas pain relief patch to the painful area, then loosely wrap it with this mugwort heat patch. Make sure it's not too tight! I remove it the next morning when I wake up. It works quite well. However, everyone's situation is different, so this is just for reference.
I have repurchased it. The heat is long-lasting and it is also suitable for use as a heating pack.

I bought this for my husband who has stiff neck and shoulders. The scent is nice, the Chinese herbal medicine is soaking in, and it feels different from Salonpas...that's what my husband thinks
It should work, it will heat up, and my neck will feel loose after applying it. But people with low hairline at the back of their neck should be careful when buying it. The quality of the sticker is too good, and the stickiness is too strong. When I tore it off, my hair was very painful. In the end, I asked my family to cut my hair with scissors before I could tear it off.

This is my first purchase. One pack contains ten units, expiring in April 2029. Since there are no instructions in either Chinese or English, I'm unsure if they need to be rubbed before use to generate heat, like other hand warmers. Hope they work well.
