I made like a stir fry with them. they taste good I just did not expect that texture don't expect them to be soft or act like regular noodles they're more dense . but it was very filling and I think I added too many textures but overall they don't really have a flavor as long as you wash them really thoroughly and whatever you season them with is what they taste like.

I searched high and low for this dried tofu strips, and finally found that the Korean brand best suited my taste. Other dried tofu strips were either too hard or not the right type. If you know about spicy dried tofu strips, this is the one for you. I also really like the texture when using it in hot pot; it has that classic Northeastern Chinese dried tofu strip feel. Maybe I'll try making a stir-fried dried tofu strip salad next time!
