I bought it to try making beef noodles for the first time.
After boiling, rinse with cold water and mix with a little oil to prevent the noodles from sticking together. Sauté the lobster in butter and garlic, then mix in the noodles. It's very sticky!
The noodles are fragrant and chewy, very delicious.

Boil for 3-5mins and you’ll get the soft texture for your noodles soup. It’s exactly what i cooked back at home (singapore).
