One of the four fish chins, the meat is delicate, I personally prefer salmon chin
It's quite fresh. Marinate it with salt for a while. Fry it in an air fryer at 400 degrees for ten minutes and turn it over for five minutes. It's delicious and fragrant.
Amazing with sea salt and broiled
This time, the fish chin was very tender and medium in size. It was delicious after being grilled in an air fryer.
2nd time ordering. The quality looks a bit different. Put it in @400 for 10 mins and broil till brown, about 2-3 mins. Fish has a slightly more fishy taste but still good.
