Best for making a soup
Good quality pork hock. Precut to small pieces and pretty clean. Only a few pieces had hair that I had to burn off. More expensive than regular pork hock but would definitely buy again. Totally worth it!

Blanch 4 pounds of pork trotters to remove any unpleasant odor, then braise them together with dried tofu and kelp in a pressure cooker. The portion is sufficient.

The taste is OK, not too salty. The pig's trotter is quite lean, and needs to be steamed several times to make the skin soft.
Steam it before eating. The taste is average and still a bit old. Will not repurchase
I didn't expect to be able to eat such delicious pork knuckle in a foreign country! I added oyster sauce, soy sauce and potatoes to make it a second dish. It's a great dish! The big skin tastes so good! I will definitely continue to repurchase!
Bones account for half of the amount, so there really isn't much meat, and the price is a bit too expensive. The star anise taste is strong.
There is no label, how can I get it?
It smells delicious. You need to add some saltiness to make it taste better. You can stock up when it is on sale.

The prices are much better than Asian markets, the food is fresh, and it's packaged very carefully. I need to buy groceries from Wee every week, but there's no fresh food delivery service through Gofftown, so I can only order through a friend or acquaintance. It's a shame because it's so inconvenient! Hopefully, they will offer fresh food delivery through Gofftown in the future. I'll only buy from Wee and won't need to go to any other market anymore.
