Very good scallion pancake...
This scallion pancake was surprisingly delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The instructions said to bake it at 250 degrees Celsius for 4-5 minutes, but that was too short a time and the temperature wasn't high enough. It needs to be baked at 450 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes to puff up properly.
I've bought this countless times, so please don't let it run out of stock! I've portioned it out and frozen it. Egg with scallions is my husband's favorite breakfast!
This is something we used to eat a lot when we were kids. It brings back so many memories, and I'm so happy to see it here. It's something I always have to buy. Luckily, we have two large freezers at home.

There are three sesame cakes in one package. They are made of leavened dough and not oily. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400F and bake for 4-5 minutes. The sesame cakes are fragrant and crispy on the surface and soft on the inside. There is chopped green onions in the middle, which is salty and delicious!
The third time I repurchased it, there was a lot of scallions inside, and the outside was very crispy after being grilled. I fried the scallions and eggs together for Taiwanese breakfast.
