It's not a very big package, so don't worry about not being able to finish it. It was my first time cooking it, and I didn't get the proportions right, so it's a little too soft and mushy. The mixed grain rice has a bean flavor, which is pretty good.

L on ve the texture! I soaked for at least 4 hours and cook for 30 minutes in rice cooker with 1:2 rice-water ratio. The texture was perfect. Will test 1:1.5 ratio next time because the bottom was a bit watery (but the rice was fully cooked and in normal texture).
