The first time I bought Weee's ginseng pack, there are one large, one medium and three small strips. The big ones have some small dark parts, hopefully not bad. Produced in Canada. You can usually buy American ginseng. Convenient and quick access to is also a reason to choose it. Hope it tastes good!

I bought this fresh ginseng because of its health benefits I didn't know exactly what the benefits are but, most Chinese incorporate ginseng on their cuisine. So, what i have here is a slow cooked chicken soup with ginseng. I also added some dried dates and carrots for sweetness. I cooked it in a slow cooker for 5 hours.
