I found this in the prepared food section of a Japanese supermarket, then on Weee and of course I bought it. When I dipped the miso in the grilled rice ball, it was of specialty store quality. What a delightful discovery.

It’s the small can in the middle, and the gift is on the left. exp 7/2025. I’m going to use it for seasoning stir-fries or grilling fish.
