Stir-fried seaweed stems are my favorite side dish, so I’m so happy to be able to eat them in the U.S. They are tastier because they are thin, and the shelf life is long due to the nature of the product. When you first take them out, they are covered in salt, so please wash them thoroughly 5 to 6 times and blanch them before cooking!
