This is my second time ordering this. I dont have an Oriental store near me and when I found this on my first order I knew I had to go back and re-purchase. Bottle size is great and perfect for what your are going to marinate it with. The first time I used chicken and this time I used it with short ribs. Awesome

I use it on slightly thicker pork. If you add minced garlic, it tastes similar to Korean-style pork ribs.

Just like the reviews said, there is a lot of fat, and even after marinating it in sauce for a day, it isn't tender and is a bit tough.
I marinaded the meat with Korean bbq sauce and cooked it on the grill. It was good!

Because they're sliced thinly, they don't need long marinating time; a simple marinating with Korean BBQ sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper is enough to bring out their rich aroma. Pan-fry them on a grill or in a skillet until lightly charred on both sides; the meat near the bone is especially fragrant, tender, and juicy.
