This fried snack is a little softer than "Yoriyori" or Mahua, which are often sold as souvenirs from Nagasaki. It's a little oily, but the sweetness is subtle when you chew it, and I really like it. When I occasionally crave something sweeter, it might be delicious to sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar.
This twisted dough stick is my favorite; it's fragrant and crispy. Your other smaller twisted dough stick is delicious too!
I'm craving this again, so I'm stocking up on two packs on sale, expiring in early September.
