Anyway, I love that these are vegan! I usually stock up on them, but I had a guest and we totally tore into these. So good.

Absolutely loved the taro cake. Tried it both steamed and also pan-fried then ended up steaming first then pan frying to get the crunchy outside. Very tasty and I like the way I could select how many pieces I wanted at a time and the rest went back in the box in the freezer. Extremely convenient.

My 1st time purchase, and was pleasantly surprised at its quality. Loved the vacuum sealed packaging so that it doesn't have to be frozen for a while, saved my limited freezer space. The taste was pure, excellent and full of taro. It exceeded the quality of the dim sum restaurant. So far, all the products made in Taiwan are better than our expectations in quality. Will buy again.

The first time I bought this brand, I heated it in the microwave first, then sprayed some oil on the pan and fried it. It was very fragrant and soft. I paired it with the oyster sauce I bought on the platform. I will buy it next time.
