Fresh sea bass, haven't eaten it yet, first time buying it
The sea bass was very fresh and tender, very clean, with few bones, and the garlic cloves added a wonderful aroma. It tasted excellent when cooked in a dry pot with onions. I will definitely buy it again.
Some frozen fish can be fishy, but this one is fine; it can also be steamed.
This is my second purchase. The fish is tender and not fishy at all. It can be steamed, braised, or pickled with peppers. My whole family loves it!
The split-back sea bass tastes better than the other type.

Thick boneless cuts of sea bass. Family really enjoyed it. One pack came frozen with 2 individually wrapped pieces. Flavor is buttery sweet. Easy to cook: brown the outside on a pan, then pop in oven for 10 min.
