The ingredients are better than I expected! There were two large octopuses, one small one, three shrimp, and plenty of clams. I added crown daisy and boiled it, and it yielded two bowls like this. It was delicious! I added some Cheongyang peppers later, and it was even better with a spicy kick.

Delicious octopus I did rinse it to get rid of the somewhat fishey smells. I brined it with sake, salt, dashi stock, and baking soda to tenderize and moisturize. This one is worth buying when it's on sale next time.

I took some octopus sashimi as a lunch box and it was delicious~

It had two octopus legs and was soaked in water for a long time so it wasn't salty at all. I prepared soy sauce, soy sauce & wasabi, salt & pepper & sesame oil sauce, and the sesame oil sauce went the best. It had a chewy texture and was delicious. I wish the price would go down a little.
This is my second purchase ^ ^ I'm curious about the country of origin, but it has no smell and is delicious. I've been eating takoyaki more often now.
I haven't tried this yet, and it looks like the octopus I've had in the past. I like to eat it sashimi style with soy sauce and wasabi or ponzu sauce. The only downside is that there's a lot of octopus frozen together and I'll have to defrost them together and that's a lot of octopus for just one sitting.
A very large and fresh octopus is used to make octopus carpaccio. Looking forward to the results.

Fried and dipped in sauce. Very nice subtile flavor, would also be nice in a hot pot.
These fishcakes have a nice chewy texture with a satisfying seafood flavor. They hold up well in soups, noodles, and hot pots without falling apart. I like that they absorb the broth while still staying springy and flavorful. Easy to prepare and a great freezer staple when I want to add extra protein and texture to a meal.

The fish cakes I ate in America were so delicious... Based on reviews, I enjoyed them by quickly grilling them and eating them with ginger soy sauce, or adding them to udon noodles. Next time, I'd like to try different flavors.
This photo shows it halfway through being poured into the frying pan, but you can just lightly fry it with soy sauce and eat it right away! It's delicious.
