Made South Indian mango dal. This frozen mango is best for times when mangoes aren't available during off season. Will continue purchasing.
Best for curries
Out of the bag the mangoes have a not-so-mango smell. Probably from frozen storing. But the taste is fine ? I mixed with chili salt fish sauce and paprika. Taste just like xoai lac that I was craving ?? Only wish it came without the skin.
