Although the meat in this char siu bao wasn't red or in chunks, the taste was similar, and the crust was soft and fluffy—it was quite delicious.
Tasty pork filling, plenty of it, more salty than sweet. The bun part was close to perfect, fluffy enough and solid. Will repurchase.

The one on the right is Jia Jia! Both are good and have their own merits. I support it and will repurchase it.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST STEAMED MEAT BUN I'VE HAD IN THE USA! Each buns are pretty big size and filled with so much tasty and juicy meat filling Bun is super fluffy with slight sweetness. This steamed buns remind me of buns in Japan. Extremely tasty and I'm absolutely sure that I'm repurchasing it sometime again soon You gotta try em once and you'll be hooked!! I ended up microwaving it without thawing it, which was a huge mistake, but I think it still tasted good.
