As a content creator, quality is important and my udon noodles definitely stood the test. I never had them “uncooked” before and I won’t eat them no other way going forward. Texture was perfect and made an awesome gravy out of the water. Great buy!!!

It's not bad. It's definitely not as chewy as hand-pulled noodles, but it's still pretty good after a light stir-fry. The noodles are fully cooked, so you have to be very gentle whether you're boiling or stir-frying them.
