I received two big purple sweet potatoes. I steamed one, but it didn't have the taste of sweet potato. It was bland, not sweet, and not very delicious.
It was exactly what they said, but it wasn't the potato I was expecting. it is basically like a regular potato but purple, not like the sweet purple potatoes you can get sometimes. It's not my choice, but fine if that's what you're looking for.
Sweet potatoes are delicious when cooked in soup. The tubers are fresh, round and long. Very easy to prepare. Cook the soup with some minced meat or minced shrimp, coriander and dill, and a little pepper. This dish is delicious.
This is actually a purple sweet potato. When I first came here, everyone was asking what the hell this big lump is. It's as big as a baby. How can it be cooked? ? ? After finally cutting it open and steaming it, it has no sweetness at all. It's like a big ginseng essence... I just threw it into the trash can. It's such a rip-off. What kind of people are buying it...
