Air-fried tofu tastes much better; it has that characteristic "creamy tofu" texture. The other half, cooked in hot pot, completely lacks that "creamy tofu" texture.

This was my first time trying bursting tofu, and I'm not even sure if this is what it tastes like. I baked it for 20 minutes and then put it in instant noodles; it was actually pretty good.
Pretty good, convenient and quick. Almost every one is bursting with flavorful filling, and the tofu skin is chewy. While it doesn't quite match the taste of the roasted tofu from our Yunnan tofu stalls, it's pretty good to be able to buy this quality in the US. ''

Relatively small pack. The tofu is fat and filling. I cooked it in hotpot and it doesn’t really have that “creamy, lava” texture like the other reviews mentioned. I’ll try air frying it next

It's rare to find Yunnan-style tofu with a crispy skin! It's incredibly delicious.
Pick three or four pieces from each of the two, cook them together in the air fryer, add some Liu Po chili sauce, delicious! Too bad I was in a rush to eat it, so I didn't take a picture

I bought it for the first time because it happened to be on sale. (Authentic mapo tofu is too spicy for me ) I cautiously tried the "spicy" version, but it wasn't spicy at all, which was a bit of a letdown . In other words, it was a mapo tofu mix adapted to Japanese tastes. I might buy it again if it's on sale?

This is a fresh bean knot. It is quite tender, but unfortunately it is not a bean knot. It will rot if burned.

I originally wanted to buy bean curd knots, but because the description was unclear, I only bought 2 packs. When I opened them, I saw that they were bean curd knots. I also bought dried bean curd knots, so I bought the same ones. But it's ok. It's easy to use and doesn't need to be soaked. You can use it whenever you cook it.
I have repurchased it many times, it is delicious and goes well with fried cauliflower and green peppers.
Cooked this with prawns and cabbage in a seafood tomato sauce, delicious! I love this brand of yuba.
