I had this for lunch! The noodles were truly Okinawan soba! The soup is a powder that you dissolve in hot water. I think it might have tasted a little closer to authentic Okinawan soba if it had been a liquid type, but it was still delicious.

This is a two-serving pack of yakisoba noodles, and it also includes the powdered sauce. The thick noodles are chewy and the yakisoba is very delicious.

I tried this brand of Yakisoba for the first time because of good reviews. I LOVE IT SO MUCH!! It is extremely tasty and I can't stop eating it! It is definitely better than the one from Nissin. Great balance of spices. Great noodle texture and doesn't get easily soggy like other brands. I'm only buying this brand of Yakisoba from now on. 5 out of 5 P.S. Only 2 packages per one bag. I'm fine with that.
