This was my first time buying it. Compared to Taiwanese eels, this one is softer. I was initially hesitant because some reviews mentioned a muddy taste, but my stir-fried eel pasta was delicious and didn't have that muddy taste at all.

This is my first time buying this. It's big and looks delicious.
It tastes just as good as the ones you buy outside. If you lightly coat it with oil before frying, it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Doesn't it smell?
Super impressed with this freshwater eel! It was incredibly fresh with no fishy smell at all. The portion was generous, and one eel was more than enough for two people. Delicious, high quality, and I’ll definitely be ordering again.
I think I always grill eel in an air fryer now You know that saying that even if it's a little more expensive, you have to go for freshwater eel! There were no tiny bones, so it was super convenient and delicious to eat haha.

Everyone, you absolutely must buy it! It's so delicious. It's considered relatively cheap in the US. However, you should remove all the slippery parts before grilling it to eliminate the fishy smell. Two people can eat four and it's filling. You could even have two each.

The eel tail was folded, so I was satisfied because it was much bigger when I took it out of the box. The packaging was well-packaged, with a separate ice pack, so it was good for summer delivery. There were two types of seasonings, mild and spicy, and it was just right when I mixed them. (Unfortunately, one of the sauces came a little leaked.) It was chewy. It's perfect for summer tonic!
