Bread was fresh and covered with plenty of pork floss. I don't personally like it when this bun is loaded with mayonnaise, but that's just personal preference. They scored the bun vertically and filled the crevice with mayo, so if that's your jam, you'll probably love this.
I forgot to put butter or something in the middle. I put a lot in the middle last time, but I didn't put any this time. The middle is dry.

The cake is soft, not too sweet, and has a lot of pork floss. The cake has a bit of saltiness from the pork floss and the middle filling is taro.
