This beef brisket is very similar to the beef brisket in China Braised beef brisket with garlic sprouts and shiitake mushrooms, delicious Blanch the beef brisket and rinse it, set aside. Cut the shiitake mushrooms in half and soak them. Cut the garlic sprouts into small sections. 1. Put a little oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the blanched beef brisket and sear until golden brown on both sides. Add cooking wine and light soy sauce, and stir-fry over high heat until the beef is colored. 2. Add the soaked dried shiitake mushrooms, and pour in boiling water to cover the beef. After bringing to a boil over high heat, transfer to a pressure cooker and simmer for 20 minutes. 3. Sauté the garlic sprouts and dried chili peppers until fragrant, add the pressure-cooked beef brisket, and cook together for about five minutes! This way, the garlic sprouts will be soft, tender, and flavorful, delicious

Good packaging i love it
I bought two cuts, this one and rib eye. The rib eye was $1 cheaper, but I found this one softer and tastier. Initially, the meat looked a bit dark, and I was worried about its quality, but the beef was tender and delicious. Hopefully, next time I can get a fresher cut.
