I love wild fish
This is my second purchase. There are four slices in a box, the size is good, and the meat is tender. I paired it with some noodles I bought before and blanched some cauliflower for a simple and delicious meal.

Super easy to cook in a pot with broth. It still has flavor even though it was frozen. The meat is tender and breaks apart easily. The steaks are already de-scaled and cleaned so they are a quick dinner option. Just be careful of the tiny bones!
this fish is absolutely delicious and will always be one grocery list. I love it, but beware there are tiny bones for people who do not.like bones and be careful with giving to children but it is absolutely divine.

First time buying it! Extremely salty, strangely spicy, and with a strong fishy smell. I suspect it's not fresh, hence the heavy seasoning. I will never buy it again. Think twice before you buy it!

Dried Wahoo Steaks are quite delicious. It has a fishy smell to it, so I wash it with vinegar to remove the fishy smell and some of the salt, it was then seasoned with lemon juice, herbs and spices. I cooked it in the air fryer for about 20 minutes. It was quite delicious served with steamed rice and cucumber salad. I’m definitely going to repurchase.
