The fish is rich and buttery with plenty of natural fat, making it incredibly tender and flavorful. It's one of those fish that goes perfectly with a bowl of hot rice. As a bonus, my dogs love this fish too. I set aside a plain portion before marinating, and they get very excited whenever it's on the menu. A great freezer item for both two-legged and four-legged family members.
