These fish balls are so delicious! They taste just like the handmade fish balls made from river fish when I was a kid—very fresh, not like sea fish, and definitely not like fish tofu. Adding salted duck egg and mushroom tofu makes them even more flavorful!

Was absolutely craving fish balls but wanted a clean version so I found these homemade ones and tried it. Great choice. The box came with 12 pieces which I made with some lo mein and veggies. I loved the sauce packet it came it, was chicken flavoring and dried scallions. But I opted for my fresh scallions. Came out so delicious! Will purchase again!
