I had some pork ribs on hand for cheap, so I bought them to make aged kimchi. I'm not a good cook, but I just added the trimmed pork ribs, topped them with onions and kimchi, added water, soy sauce, and tuna stock, and cooked them in the slow cooker for 30 minutes. It was super easy!
