Very convenient. It is best to marinate the fish fillet first, otherwise it will be a bit fishy. Some fish fillets have bones that have not been removed, so be careful.

It tastes bad and is very salty. It doesn't have the freshness of pickled fish.

Fresh sea bass, haven't eaten it yet, first time buying it
The sea bass was very fresh and tender, very clean, with few bones, and the garlic cloves added a wonderful aroma. It tasted excellent when cooked in a dry pot with onions. I will definitely buy it again.
Some frozen fish can be fishy, but this one is fine; it can also be steamed.
This is my second purchase. The fish is tender and not fishy at all. It can be steamed, braised, or pickled with peppers. My whole family loves it!
