Not very fresh, but just ok!
I never have seen these at my local grocery store so when I saw them, I quickly added them to my cart because they sold out last time. I see lots of recipes online using King trumpet mushrooms so I can’t wait to try these out.
I bought it for the first time because it was on sale. It was the most fragrant and delicious of all the king oyster mushrooms I have tried so far.
it was placed at the bottom of the box so it's broken up and bruised, it's fresh though
I bought it in the supermarket before and it tastes very good. This time weee’s seems not too fresh, so I need to eat it quickly.
Some broken ones, but okay to eat of course.

salad shrimp, clam meat, white shrimp, pork belly, king mushrooms, green onion, sweet peppers, butter, lemon juice, cooking wine, chopped garlic, basmati rice and soy sauce and seasonings. DELICIOUS!!!!!

Very fresh, good, just right for stir-fry
Mushrooms came fresh. I made them right away stir fried with oyster sauce. What a treat!
