It doesn't look like the picture, there's too much fat
I was disappointed with this item. I can't make kare-kare with a large piece of bone instead of the cut pieces that I normally get when I order this product.

Terrible pieces! There was 3 small pieces with meat and 4 bigger pieces with fat and bone. Not a good selection. Will not buy again!

Just what it described! Not too much fat!
Not bad, although there weren't many pieces. Using a pressure cooker makes it very tender and soft; the meat falls apart easily. I added carrots and tomatoes as a base.
