I've always loved Sinian dumplings, but lately the delivery guys always packed them with very little ice! They'd always melt by the time they got home. But recently, maybe it's because different people are packing them, they seem to be getting much better.

These dumplings are pretty good value for money; a bag contains about 24 dumplings, and they're a good choice if you don't feel like cooking.

I don't like dumplings with meat filling that's all clump together; the wrapper and filling should be separate. These dumplings had distinct carrot and corn kernels, and the pork was firm and not too salty. I made a dipping sauce, and it was just right.
