The smoked tofu rolls didn't have any smoky taste!
Nice smoky flavor. I cut them into tofu noodles, steamed them, then added vegetables, sesame oil as a nice side dish. This is about 1/3 of the quantity I made.
This dried tofu is delicious. It can be stir-fried with peppers, oak leaves, and celery. I have repurchased it countless times.

Easily rehydrated and quick protein addition

After adding sugar, it all fell apart and turned into tofu skin.
