My new santol
It's delicious to me, I haven't tasted santol in a long time. I tasted it when I was a kid in Bicol. I'm glad it's here. I heated it in a pan first and it was better to eat

I have not tried it yet but I think the bottle is a little small and it's not fully filled up with Santol.
I cooked Ginisang Monggo yesterday, and my husband (American) really loves the Ginisang Monggo, and We ate it this dinner again, and I still have more in the fridge I'll try to finish it tomorrow. Pinoy foods are never boring to cook especially with Kanin. Perfect partner to these Pinoy Ulam and really great Pinoy ulam, whether simple or fancy, Kanin is definitely included!!
