I love soaking these guys in hot broth to make it happen. They’re perfect as I want to eliminate both steps - storage and chopping. If you want to make it into smaller bits - break tinier when dry.

That sliced dried shiitake mushroom was good cut in size and they are well sliced and are perfect to make them into soups and the size of the bag is given enough inside this mushroom and that was a great thing that made .
