Although the proper way to eat it is to make soup to enhance the flavor, the simplest way to eat it is to chew it directly as a snack~ The salty and fresh seafood
Scallop and winter melon soup! Really great! The size of the scallops is OK, I prefer the bigger ones, the taste is sweet,
Yummy
Well packaged and good quality. Thought there would be a bit more product. But, can’t wait to cook with it!
This scallop should be medium in size. I heard it will be bigger after soaking. The quality looks good!
The quality is better than average. Loves dried scallops due to the intense aroma. This is the Hokkaido variety. Very easy to rehydrate. Loves using it when I make sticky rice. Will rehydrate in just a few hours. Great to added to congee. Then it is better to rehydrate it overnight or eight hours or so.

Very fresh; adding a handful to soups or porridge instantly brings out the umami flavor.
It tastes delicious; adding a few grains to baked rice or soup is fantastic!
I don't know why it says extra large. They're tiny but a few go a long way in your congee or egg white and dried scallop fried rice. Pricy but delicious.

This product actually contains dried scallop shreds. It's very fragrant, has a good price-performance ratio, and is conveniently delivered.
I think this one is much better with additional dried scallops taste. So I want to give it a try.
LOVEEE ITTT!! First time trying the dried scallop version and it’s PERFECT. One teaspoon to any dish you cooking
It makes cooking especially delicious, with the aroma of dried scallops that enhances the flavor of the dishes.
The scallop oyster sauce is rich, savory, and beautifully balanced. You can really taste the depth of the oyster sauce umami forward without being overpowering while the scallops add a delicate sweetness and a tender, silky texture
This is my family’s favorite oyster sauce. It’s a pity that it’s not on sale. If it were, I would stock up more.
A must have at home. Buy frequently.
A full box. You can shop at home without leaving home.
Good condiment!!! I’ve used this since I saw a review.
This is my first time buying this. The quantity is generous, but I haven't tried it yet so I'm not sure what it's like; I bought it after reading the reviews!
Dried scallops are a must-have for making soup, adding aroma and flavor.
It tasted awful, I couldn't chew it and threw it away.
This is not a scallop but a scallop
Pan fried scallops with soy sauce y ginger
I've been buying this many times. It's delicious whether you make it as sashimi or grilled.
I will never repurchase, it is fake scallops, no taste, no texture!
After frying, this scallop is as tough as rubber and hard to chew! It is much worse than another brand I usually buy. I don’t know if it is because the manufacturer has frozen it for too long or it is a quality problem.
It’s terrible, impossible to chew, so tough, ended up throwing all away.
Don't buy it, it's fake or super poor quality! Like others states, it's rubbery and not even sashimi grade. I thought they were wild from Japan but it's processed in CHINA hence the uniformity, which makes it even more suspicious.
Don’t buy these. Though they smelled fresh, it was tough and not sashimi grade. I tried searing and it just ended up rubbery. Don’t be fooled!
