Chuanzhiwei's Erjingtiao chili peppers are excellent for making braised chicken with potatoes or braised chicken. The color of the chili peppers is great, and the spiciness is just right. You can't find them in most supermarkets, so having them on Wee is really convenient.
These Erjingtiao dried chilies are very good.

I used these dried guajillo chiles for my tamal red sauce and for my red pozole. The dried chiles are always fresh and delicious. I made chicken tamales, beef tamales, and pork pozole. These chiles give my red sauce a deep smokey flavor.
