It has a subtle sea salt flavor, making it perfect for wonton soup base, egg drop soup, and chive dumplings – a natural "flavor enhancer" . It's also quite clean, with almost no small fish, seaweed, or other impurities . After opening, it needs to be sealed tightly and refrigerated. A frequent repurchase!
