There are only two small, individually packaged packets inside, making them convenient to carry. The perfect serving size. It contains a variety of nuts and dried fruit, is delicious, and not overly seasoned. It includes walnuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts (this is unique and not found in other nut products), cranberries, and multi-colored raisins. It's fresh and has no rancid oil taste.
There weren't many nuts, and the walnuts didn't seem very fresh.
