Chuanzhiwei's Erjingtiao chili peppers are excellent for making braised chicken with potatoes or braised chicken. The color of the chili peppers is great, and the spiciness is just right. You can't find them in most supermarkets, so having them on Wee is really convenient.

I love dried chile de guajillo. I use them in my pozole and tamales. They're always fresh and delicious. They make amazing red sauce for most of my Hispanic cooking needs.
